I hope you have a wonderful day. :)

From the past couple of days…
This little girl was sitting in the dogwood tree waiting for her turn at the feeder. What can I say about this one? Another hummingbird: This past Wednesday Tommy, Bubba and I went up to the Parkway. It was a very foggy morning and we thought we’d have the road to ourselves since school around …
I Love This Man!
It might be because he cuts firewood so that I can have roaring fires during cold weather. :) Here he is cutting up wood from one of the very large trees that we had taken down. Normally we only have trees taken down when they’re dead or dying. However this one was removed so that …
Cool Mornings
The heat was too much for us. So, we ran away again. :) This morning when I got up it was in the 50’s. Lovely! We’ve been passing an old junk yard on our way up to NC for some time. I finally asked Tommy to stop so I could get a picture of this …
We Love Wyoming
Can you see why? This is the area where we had the picnic the day after Amanda and Evan got married. Whenever we go to Wyoming we head up to the Snowy Range. Unless it’s winter and the roads are closed. :)
Happy 1st Anniversary Sara & Hall!
It was a year ago today that we welcomed Sara into our family. What a delight and wonderful addition she’s been!

Amanda decided that since she had some time between summer school and fall classes starting, she would ride home with us. She got to share the back seat with Bubba. Take a careful look at Amanda in this picture. …
The Enduro Trip, Day 9
A day to relax and pack for the trip home. My cousin, Donna, who lives in northern Wyoming saw on Facebook that we were in Laramie. She said she wanted to stop by on her way to Steamboat Springs. So she and her grandson came about noon and stayed a while. It was nice to …
The Enduro Trip, Day 8
The day started early for everyone—earlier for Evan and Snake than for us. We left the house at a little after 7:00 a.m. to be sure that we were at the first stop for Evan. Over the 70 miles of the race, there were 5 “official” aid/feed zone stations. Our job, as the PCPC—Penny Cat …
