This is 17th street in Laramie the morning after the snow. Tommy and I had gone to breakfast at a cafe owned locally. It was really good! When we were going out to the car to go back home, I stood in the middle of the street to take this picture. The cafe owners probably thought I was nuts. They can just join the crowd. :)
We woke Amanda when we got home and made her go for a walk at the park across the street. It’s always humorous to take 3 bassets and 1 beagle for a walk!
Tommy, Bubba and I went train hunting again. We were successful and didn’t have to wait too long. No matter–the view is worth it. And, here’s the train we did find:
I am a little jealous of your snow. It is now Dec. 24th and we haven’t had a smidgen of it. I had hopes of getting a middle of the street picture of our little village and its lights last night, but it was raining (raining, dang it!); and I’ve gotten to the same point: if people think I’m crazy – they need only talk to the people who really know me to confirm it.
I’m glad you spoke up over on 2Peas, I’m truly enjoying your photos and posts.
Ooooh! I LOVE the train picture! I think it’s definitely still a white Christmas no matter how little snow…but then again I live in Houston, so any snow is a lot of snow.
And a second to what Nicki said about speaking up at 2peas!!!!
