This bird, along with some other red birds, was hanging around on the tree right outside our family room. I mistakenly thought that he/she was a cardinal because he/she was red and there were cardinals around. But when Tommy quit laughing at me he told me that not all red birds are cardinals.So there!

     These birds were sitting on the apple tree outside our family room.  Luckily, my camera with the new lens on it was close.
