I had been looking forward to Saturday morning all week because I knew I could be lazy all day. Tryouts begin next week which bring very long, hot days along with all the crazies!
After Tommy took Bubba for their morning walk, he and I went up to the farmers’ market at City Hall. We bought some zucchini and some strawberries and looked at everything else. I’m not sure that some of the products were actually fresh from this area though.
On our way home we went to Krispy Kreme and, yes, the Hot Doughnuts light was on!
Yummy! There’s nothing quite like a warm Krispy Kreme.
When we got home I went out to the yard to take pictures of the flowers. Here’s some of what I found:

I’m always amazed at the things that I find when I’ve got my macro lens out and I’m really looking closely at things. After taking the shots of the cone flowers, I turned around and looked down and saw this wicked thing. I immediately thought of Hall who hates spiders.
